John E. Bulman has over 25 years experience in commercial and construction trial matters in Massachusetts, Rhode Island and other states. John D. Deacon, Jr. has handled all types of business dispute resolution over a period of more than 35 years. He represents plaintiffs and defendants, individuals and corporations of all sizes in trials and appeals in state and federal courts in Rhode Island and Massachusetts, as well as arbitrations. He has tried more than 50 cases to judgment, approximately half of which have been jury trials.
